Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken rotisserie recommended
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Frank’s RedHot preferred
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional garnishes: chopped green onions crumbled blue cheese, extra buffalo sauce drizzle

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Shred cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces and soften cream cheese to room temperature.
  3. In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread mixture evenly into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
  5. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and slightly golden on top.
  7. Let cool for 2–3 minutes, then garnish with green onions or blue cheese if desired.
  8. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, carrots, or crackers.

Notes

To make ahead, assemble dip up to 2 days in advance and refrigerate until ready to bake. For a lighter version, substitute half the cream cheese with Greek yogurt and use light ranch dressing. Avoid overbaking to prevent oil separation.
