- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C) for even cooking and tender lobster meat.
- Prepare Baking Dish: Lightly butter or spray your baking dish. Place lobster tails shell-side down.
- Make Garlic Butter: In a bowl, melt butter and stir in garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush and Bake: Generously brush the mixture over lobster meat. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F and meat is opaque.
- Broil (Optional): For a golden top, broil the last 2 minutes.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, and drizzle with remaining garlic butter before serving.
Notes
Thaw frozen lobster tails overnight for even cooking. Avoid overbaking—lobster is done when meat turns opaque and firm. Use a thermometer to ensure it reaches 140°F internally for the best texture.
