- Preheat oven to 375°F.

- Whisk eggs, cottage cheese, and milk until smooth.
- Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Fold in herbs, vegetables, and protein.
- Divide mixture into baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until set.
- Cool for 3–5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Remove eggs while the center is slightly jiggly to prevent overcooking. Allow resting time for best texture.
