Method
- Peel bananas and slice evenly into thin rounds.
- In a small bowl, mix lemon juice and cinnamon.
- Gently toss banana slices in the cinnamon mixture until coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 300°F for 5 minutes.
- Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 350°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove and allow chips to cool for 5–10 minutes to crisp.
- Serve once fully cooled and crunchy.
Notes
Allow banana chips to cool completely after air frying, as they continue to crisp while cooling.
