The viral no-bake patriotic swirl pie with a creamy cheesecake filling and stunning red, white, and blue marble effect in a buttery graham cracker crust.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
  • Red food coloring
  • Blue food coloring
  • Strawberry extract or puree
  • Blueberry extract or puree
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Whipped cream
  • Red white, and blue sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
  2. Press mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Chill crust while preparing filling.
  4. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Fold in Cool Whip until fully combined.
  6. Divide filling into three bowls.
  7. Leave one white, color one red, and one blue.
  8. Dollop colored fillings into crust alternately.
  9. Swirl gently with a knife to create a marble effect.
  10. Chill for at least 4 hours.
  11. Garnish with whipped cream, berries, and sprinkles before serving.

Notes

Use gel food coloring for vibrant swirls. Do not overmix to avoid muddy colors. Chill thoroughly for best texture and clean slices.
