Ingredients
  

  • 22.5 g brown sugar monk fruit sweetener
  • 7.5 g chili powder
  • 7.5 g paprika
  • 2.5 tsp onion powder
  • 2.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 2.5 tsp oregano
  • 2.5 tsp salt
  • 1.25 tsp black pepper
  • 907 g chicken legs
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 60 ml sugar-free BBQ Sauce

Method
 

  1. Combine the spices in a small bowl or jar, and mix well.
  2. Add the drumsticks to a bowl and toss with olive oil and spices, coat well.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the coated drumsticks to the air fryer and lower the temperature to 380 degrees F. Cook the chicken for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for 3 more minutes.
  5. Open the air fryer, brush the drumsticks with BBQ sauce, and air fry for 2-3 more minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate in the spices and oil for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
