- To a large bowl, add steak strips, 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and lime juice. Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the peppers, onions, remaining fajita seasoning, and remaining oil. Toss to evenly coat.
- To the basket of your air fryer, add the veggie mixture. Air fry for 7 minutes. After 7 minutes, shake the air fryer basket to turn the veggie mixture. Then, add the marinated steak on top. Air fry for an additional 7-8 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your liking.
- Serve on tortillas with pico de gallo, cheese, sour cream, or your favorite fajita toppings.
