Ingredients
  

  • 340 g salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 5 tsp garlic powder
  • 2.5 tsp paprika
  • 2.5 tsp salt
  • 2.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.625 tsp cayenne pepper optional, for spice
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 1 g Fresh parsley for garnish
  • 1 g Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  2. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using). Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the salmon fillets. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for 3 minutes.
  4. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, depending on thickness, until the salmon is flaky and cooked through.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy with rice, steamed vegetables, or a fresh salad.

Notes

For a delicious twist, try adding a splash of soy sauce or honey to the marinade for extra flavor.
