Method
- Preheat the air fryer on 370 F for 5 minutes.
- Thinly slice the chicken breast meat into bite-sized strips. Slice the bell peppers and onion.
- In a medium-sized bowl add the chicken breast strips, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, and fajita (or taco) seasoning. Combine together.
- Evenly spread the chicken and vegetables in the bottom of the air fryer basket, cooking the fajitas for a total of 14-16 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the peppers and onions are softened.
- Serve with sour cream, salsa, and tortillas. Enjoy!
