- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, 1/2 cup cheddar, and mozzarella until smooth.
- Spread mixture evenly in baking dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden brown on top. Watch for bubbling edges.
- Cool 2–3 minutes, then garnish with green onions or blue cheese. Serve hot with chips, crackers, or veggies.
Notes
Yields about 8 servings. Always soften cream cheese to avoid lumps. Rotisserie chicken keeps dip moist. Stick to 375°F to prevent greasy separation. Store leftovers up to 3 days in the fridge or freeze unbaked dip for 3 months. Great for sliders, bread bowls, or stuffed into mini peppers.
