- Add cookies and Nutella to a food processor. Blend until smooth and the mixture forms a soft dough.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls. Place on a lined baking sheet.
- Chill for at least 1 hour until firm.
- Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into melted chocolate. Tap off excess and place back on the sheet. Add sprinkles if desired.
- Chill until the coating is fully set. Serve cold or slightly softened.
Notes
These truffles can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. Feel free to experiment with different toppings or fillings!
