3 ingredient Nutella Truffles

Ingredients
  

  • 20 g chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
  • 75 g Nutella (or chocolate hazelnut spread)
  • 170 g melting chocolate (almond bark or candy melts)
  • 50 g Sprinkles optional

Equipment

  • Food Processor
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Baking Sheet

Method
 

  1. Add cookies and Nutella to a food processor. Blend until smooth and the mixture forms a soft dough.
  2. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls. Place on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Chill for at least 1 hour until firm.
  4. Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
  5. Dip each truffle into melted chocolate. Tap off excess and place back on the sheet. Add sprinkles if desired.
  6. Chill until the coating is fully set. Serve cold or slightly softened.

Notes

These truffles can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. Feel free to experiment with different toppings or fillings!
