- Wash and dry cherry tomatoes thoroughly.
- Drain mozzarella balls and pat dry. Halve if using larger mozzarella.
- Thread each skewer: tomato, basil leaf, then mozzarella ball.
- Arrange assembled bites on a platter.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
- Serve immediately for best flavor and freshness.
Notes
Best served fresh. Assemble up to 3 hours in advance, cover, and refrigerate. Add balsamic glaze just before serving. Store leftover components separately for up to 24 hours.
