- Allow Greek yogurt and cottage cheese to reach room temperature for smoother blending.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and blended cottage cheese into a uniform base.
- Fold in shredded cheddar cheese gently until evenly distributed.
- Drain Rotel thoroughly and add it to the mixture along with taco seasoning and ranch seasoning.
- Mix thoroughly until smooth, adjusting seasonings to taste.
- Transfer to serving bowl and let rest for 5 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Notes
For lower sodium, use fresh tomatoes and homemade seasonings. For dairy-free, substitute Greek yogurt with cashew yogurt and cheddar with nutritional yeast. For reduced fat, use part-skim mozzarella instead of full-fat cheddar.
