1 lb jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)

4 tbsp unsalted butter

1/2 cup dry white wine (or chicken broth)

3 cloves garlic (minced)

3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

In a 9×13-inch baking dish, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add white wine (or chicken broth), minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

Bake for 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend.

Add the shrimp, coating them well with the sauce.

In a separate bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter.

Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the shrimp.
