Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients: Wash the fresh lemon balm leaves thoroughly. Grate the ginger and slice the cucumber if using.

Make the Infusion: Boil 1 cup of water and pour it over the lemon balm leaves. Let it steep for 5 minutes to extract the flavors.
