This Cold Witches Brew Coffee combines rich cold brew with a magical pumpkin spice cold foam. Perfect for fall mornings or Halloween parties, it’s a quick and festive drink that’s creamy, spiced, and irresistibly seasonal.

- ½ cup cold brew coffee concentrate or ready-to-drink cold brew
- ½ cup water
- ½ tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla paste or extract
- 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp milk (whole, almond, oat, etc.)
- ½ to 1 tbsp maple syrup (to taste)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Optional: Orange gel food coloring
- Optional: Halloween sprinkles
Instructions
- Prepare the cold brew: If using concentrate, mix ½ cup concentrate with ½ cup water. Stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract.
- Make the cold foam: In a chilled bowl or jar, combine heavy cream, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk or froth until thick and creamy. Add food coloring if desired.
- Assemble: Pour cold brew into a glass with ice. Gently spoon or pour the pumpkin cold foam on top.
- Optional: Add festive Halloween sprinkles and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Use almond or oat milk and coconut cream for a dairy-free version. Store leftover foam for up to 24 hours in the fridge. Cold brew can be made ahead and stored for up to a week.
