A festive fall sangria featuring crisp apples, rich caramel, and warming spices. This make-ahead cocktail combines white wine, apple cider, and caramel vodka for a seasonal drink perfect for parties, dinners, or cozy nights in.

- 8 ounces vodka (or 1 cup caramel vodka)
- 2 tablespoons caramel syrup (omit if using caramel vodka)
- 1 bottle (750ml) white wine (Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
- 3 medium apples, chopped
- 6 cups apple cider
- ¼ cup caramel dessert topping, plus extra for garnish
- Cinnamon sugar mixture (½ cup sugar + 2 tsp cinnamon)
- Cinnamon sticks for garnish
Instructions
- Mix vodka and caramel syrup in a small bowl or shaker until well combined.
- Core and chop apples into ½-inch pieces.
- Place apples in pitcher and drizzle with caramel dessert topping.
- Add caramel vodka mixture, apple cider, and white wine. Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- When ready to serve, rim glasses with cinnamon sugar and drizzle caramel inside each glass.
- Pour sangria into glasses, including apple pieces, and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Notes
Use Honeycrisp or Gala apples for best texture and sweetness. For a non-alcoholic version, replace wine with sparkling apple juice and vodka with apple cider mixed with caramel syrup. Chill at least 4 hours for full flavor.
