Ingredients
Scale
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped

- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment. Pat salmon fillets dry.
- In a bowl, whisk brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
- Place salmon skin-side down on baking sheet. Brush tops and sides with half of glaze.
- Bake for 8 minutes until glaze sets.
- Remove, brush with remaining glaze, then bake 8-10 minutes more until salmon flakes easily and reaches 145°F internal temperature.
- Rest 2 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
Notes
Use tamari instead of soy sauce for gluten-free, or olive oil instead of butter for dairy-free. For outdoor cooking, grill salmon at 400°F for 4-5 minutes per side, brushing with glaze during the final minutes.
