A delightful and healthier way to enjoy juicy, caramelized peaches with a warm hint of cinnamon—all ready in under 20 minutes using your air fryer.

- 2 ripe but slightly firm peaches
- 1 tablespoon melted butter or vegan butter
- 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar or brown sugar
- ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
- Optional toppings: vanilla ice cream, Greek yogurt, whipped cream, granola, crushed nuts, or honey
Instructions
- Wash and dry peaches. Cut in half and remove the pits carefully.
- In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, coconut or brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Preheat air fryer to 330°F (165°C) for 3 minutes. Line basket with parchment paper.
- Brush the cut side of each peach with melted butter. Place cut side down in air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 6 minutes.
- Flip peaches cut side up. Brush with the cinnamon glaze.
- Air fry for another 6–8 minutes until golden and tender.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Use fresh, slightly firm peaches for best texture. Avoid overcrowding the basket and monitor carefully to prevent burning.
