  • 1/2 cup unsalted melted butter

  • 6 oz sweetened berry blue gelatin
  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups whipped cream
  • 6 oz strawberry jello
  • 1 1/4 cups boiling water
  • 3/4 cup iced water
  • 4 cups sliced firm strawberries
  • 2 cups whipped cream (for topping)
  • Fresh berries and sprinkles (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Crush Golden Oreos and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9×13-inch dish. Chill to set.
  2. Dissolve berry blue gelatin in boiling water and let cool. Blend blueberries and Greek yogurt. In a bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream, then add blueberry mixture and cooled gelatin. Spread over the crust and chill.
  3. Dissolve strawberry jello in boiling water, then add iced water. Arrange sliced strawberries on blueberry layer and gently pour strawberry jello over them. Chill until fully set, at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Spread whipped cream on top and garnish with fresh berries and sprinkles before serving.
  5. Use a sharp knife dipped in warm water for clean slicing.
