  • 12 sheets of lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound fresh crab meat
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 2 fresh parsley sprigs, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook lasagna noodles until slightly underdone, drain, and place flat on towels.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute, add shrimp and cook briefly until just turning pink. Fold in crab meat, salt, pepper, and chili flakes, then cook 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, half the Parmesan, 1 cup mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream until smooth.
  4. Spread 3/4 cup Alfredo sauce in a 13×9-inch dish, layer noodles, cheese mixture, seafood mixture, and more sauce. Repeat layers three times.
  5. Top with remaining sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs. Cover with greased foil and bake 25 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake 10–15 minutes more until golden and bubbling. Rest 20 minutes before serving.

Notes

Ensure seafood is fully drained and only partially cooked before layering to avoid a watery lasagna. Undercook noodles slightly for best structure.
