- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Whisk olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Add steak and coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Cook steak 2–3 minutes per side until browned and medium-rare.
- Rest steak for 5 minutes, then slice against the grain.
- Warm reserved marinade briefly and drizzle over steak before serving.
Notes
Do not marinate longer than 2 hours to avoid mushy texture. Great served with grilled vegetables, salad, or over quinoa.
