Instructions

- Chill dough for at least 1 hour.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and coat in sugar.
- Bake 8–10 minutes until edges are set but centers look soft.
- Cool 5 minutes on sheet, then transfer to wire rack to finish cooling.
