Instructions

- Mix melted butter and sugar and let sit briefly.
- Whisk in eggs, water, and vanilla extract.
- Fold in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until combined.
- Reserve one-third of the batter and spread remaining batter in pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth and mix in sugar, flour, egg white, and vanilla.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture and reserved brownie batter over the base.
- Gently swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Bake until set with slight jiggle in center.
- Cool completely before slicing.
