- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup chocolate protein powder
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- ¼ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- ¼ cup chopped nuts or seeds
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, protein powder, and cocoa powder.
- Add nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Stir until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips, coconut, and nuts if using.
- Roll mixture into small balls using your hands.
- Place balls on a lined tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
- Serve chilled or store for later.
