  • Honey Garlic Sauce:
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter (or ghee)
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Slice sausage, cube sweet potatoes, and cut broccoli into uniform pieces.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter, sauté garlic 30–60 seconds, then whisk in honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange sausage, sweet potatoes, and broccoli on the sheet pan. Pour sauce over and toss evenly.
  5. Roast 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until sweet potatoes are tender and sausage is golden.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure caramelization. Sweet potatoes should be cut uniformly to prevent mushiness. Leftovers reheat best in the oven for 10–12 minutes at 350°F.
