- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season steaks generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear steaks for 4–5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
- Remove steaks and let rest loosely covered.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Carefully add bourbon and simmer until slightly reduced.
- Lower heat and stir in heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.
- Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
