  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter for greasing the dish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté onions for 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
  4. Stir in oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Pour in white wine and reduce by half.
  6. Add heavy cream and simmer 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Stir in lobster and shrimp and cook 3 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  9. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and butter a 9×13-inch dish.
  10. Lay 3 noodles on the bottom of the dish.
  11. Spread one-third of the seafood mixture over the noodles.
  12. Add dollops of ricotta and spread gently.
  13. Sprinkle mozzarella on top.
  14. Repeat the layering two more times.
  15. Top with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and parsley.
  16. Cover loosely with foil.
  17. Bake for 25 minutes.
  18. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes more until golden and bubbly.
  19. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
  20. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
