- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, parsley, onion powder, and garlic powder; mix gently.
- Shape into 1.5-inch meatballs and bake 18–20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Boil potatoes in salted water 15–20 minutes until tender.
- Drain potatoes, add garlic, butter, and warm milk; mash until creamy and fold in parsley.
- Whisk flour over medium heat for 1 minute, slowly add broth, then add soy sauce and Dijon; simmer 5–7 minutes.
- Add meatballs to gravy and simmer 2–3 minutes to blend flavors.
