Instructions

  1. Grease or line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and white chocolate chips.
  3. Heat over low, stirring constantly, until smooth and fully melted.
  4. Stir in pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt until evenly combined.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared pan, smooth the top, and tap to remove air bubbles.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
