Instructions
- Grease or line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and white chocolate chips.
- Heat over low, stirring constantly, until smooth and fully melted.
- Stir in pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt until evenly combined.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan, smooth the top, and tap to remove air bubbles.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
