  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and butter a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cut croissants into bite-sized pieces and spread evenly in the baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour custard mixture evenly over croissants.
