- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and Italian seasoning and simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Lower heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth, then season with salt and pepper.
- Divide pizza dough into 4 pieces and roll each into a 6-inch round.
- Spread Alfredo sauce on half of each dough round, leaving a border.
- Top with shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese.
- Fold dough over filling and crimp edges with a fork to seal.
- Brush tops with softened butter mixed with parsley.
- Air fry at 375°F for 8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Do not overfill the calzones to prevent bursting. Let them rest briefly after cooking to avoid hot filling spills.
