A simple and natural metabolism-boosting drink using ginger, cinnamon, honey, and apple cider vinegar to support healthy weight loss.
Ingredients

- 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups warm water
Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water, then allow to cool until warm (about 2 minutes).
- Add 1 tbsp grated ginger and 1 tsp cinnamon powder. Stir gently.
- Stir in 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar until dissolved and uniform.
- Let steep for a few minutes. Drink warm or iced, as desired.
Notes
Avoid using boiling water to preserve honey’s nutrients. For a vegan version, replace honey with agave or maple syrup. Store in the refrigerator up to 2 days.
