Ingredients
2 cups fresh lemon balm leaves (or 1 tbsp dried lemon balm)
4 cups hot water
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp raw honey (optional)

Instructions
Boil 4 cups of water in a pot or kettle.
Place the fresh or dried lemon balm leaves into a teapot or heat-safe container.
Pour the hot water over the leaves and let steep for 5–10 minutes.
Strain the tea into a cup and discard the leaves.
Add fresh lemon juice and honey if desired.
Stir well and enjoy warm, or refrigerate for a refreshing iced version.
