Ingredients
- 12–15 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup cooked shrimp (peeled and chopped)
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup bay scallops (optional)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara or Alfredo sauce (your choice)
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the jumbo pasta shells and cook according to the package instructions, but undercook them by about 2 minutes (they will cook more in the oven). Drain and rinse under cold water to prevent sticking.Prepare the Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, crab, scallops (if using), cream cheese, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, Old Bay seasoning, Italian seasoning, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.Stuff the Shells:
Carefully stuff each pasta shell with a generous spoonful of the seafood filling.Assemble the Dish:
In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara or Alfredo sauce. Arrange the stuffed shells in a single layer on top. Pour the remaining sauce over the shells.Top and Bake:
Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs evenly over the top of the stuffed shells. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes. Remove the foil for the last 5 minutes to allow the breadcrumbs to crisp up and the cheese to bubble.Garnish and Serve:
Once baked, remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
