- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil blend)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat (375-400°F) and drizzle with olive oil. Let heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Pat chicken breasts dry. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Let rest 5 minutes.
- Place chicken on griddle without overlapping. Sear 5-7 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Lower heat to medium. Add minced garlic around the chicken. Sauté 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over chicken. Cover with lid or foil for 2-3 minutes to melt.
- Remove from heat and let rest 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results. Avoid burning the garlic by adding it only in the final 1-2 minutes.
