Instructions
- Pour 1/2 cup Millville Protein Pancake Mix into a medium bowl and add 1/3 cup cold water.
- Stir gently until just combined; do not overmix. Add more water if needed for pourable consistency.
- Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or oil.
- Pour about 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, until bubbles form on the surface.
- Flip and cook another 2 minutes until golden brown.
