- 1 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 oz Honey syrup (equal parts honey and water)
- 1/2 oz Mango puree (fresh or from concentrate)
- 1/2 oz Jalapeño-infused simple syrup
- Salt (for rimming the glass)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Moisten the rim of a glass with a lime wedge and dip it into salt to create a salted rim.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz tequila, 1 oz lime juice, 1 oz honey syrup, 1/2 oz mango puree, and 1/2 oz jalapeño-infused syrup. Adjust the jalapeño syrup to your preferred spice level.
- Fill the shaker with ice, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
- Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass filled with ice cubes.
- Garnish with a lime wheel or jalapeño slice if desired. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Use fresh lime juice for best flavor. Adjust the jalapeño syrup to control the heat level. For a frozen version, blend all ingredients with ice.
