  • 2 tablespoons red powdered food coloring

Instructions

  1. Add chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter to a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir until partially melted.
  3. Microwave an additional 30 seconds and stir until smooth.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Place Chex cereal in a large bowl.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cereal.

  8. Add powdered sugar and red food coloring.
