Description
A rich, aromatic homemade pumpkin coffee creamer made with real pumpkin puree and warm fall spices—perfect for cozy autumn mornings without the additives of store-bought versions.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1¾ cups whole milk
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and clean your storage container or mason jar. Pre-measure pumpkin puree and spices for smooth blending.
- In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine whole milk and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly for 2–3 minutes until steaming.
- Add pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Whisk thoroughly to prevent clumps and ensure smooth texture.
- Continue cooking for 2 minutes while stirring constantly. Adjust spice level to taste if needed.
- Remove from heat and pour into a clean mason jar. Let cool at room temperature for 10 minutes before refrigerating.
Notes
Use pure pumpkin puree, not pie filling. For a dairy-free version, substitute with oat milk and coconut condensed milk. Shake well before each use. Lasts 6–7 days in the refrigerator.
