Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 68 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1218 pepperoni slices
  • Olive oil (optional)
  • Italian seasoning or garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into 6 equal strips.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce over each strip.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  6. Place pepperoni slices along the top edge of each strip, slightly overlapping.
  7. Roll each strip tightly into a rose shape.
  8. Place each pizza rose into the prepared muffin tin.
  9. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
