Description

A soothing and natural drink made with honey, lemon, and ginger, perfect for supporting immunity and calming a sore throat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw honey
  • 3 fresh lemons
  • 3 tablespoons fresh ginger

Instructions

  1. Wash the lemons thoroughly with hot water and dry them.
  2. Slice the lemons thinly or into quarters, removing any seeds.
  3. Peel the ginger and grate it or cut it into small pieces.
  4. Place a layer of lemon slices and ginger into a clean glass jar.
  5. Add part of the honey and stir well.
  6. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used.
  7. Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight to infuse.
  8. To serve, add 1–2 tablespoons of the mixture to a mug and pour hot water over it.

Notes

Use organic lemons for best results. Adjust the amount of ginger based on your preferred strength.
