- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Pat steak dry, cut into 1-inch pieces, and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear steak bites in a single layer for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
- Remove steak and lower heat to medium.
- Melt butter, add garlic, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Return steak to skillet and toss in garlic butter for 1 minute.
- In a saucepan, simmer heavy cream and stir in Parmesan and garlic powder.
- Cook sauce until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Drizzle sauce over steak bites and garnish with parsley.
