Cajun Shrimp Deviled Eggs are a bold, elegant twist on the classic party favorite. Creamy deviled eggs are topped with perfectly seasoned Cajun shrimp, making them the ultimate wedding shower or celebration appetizer.

For the Eggs
- 12 large eggs
- Ice water bath
For the Cajun Shrimp
- 24 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tsp cooking oil
- 3 tsp Old Bay or Cajun seasoning, divided
For the Filling
- 2–3 tbsp mayonnaise
- ½–1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet relish
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp + 2 tsp fresh dill, divided
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Paprika, for garnish
Instructions
- Boil eggs, cover, and let stand 15–20 minutes. Transfer to ice bath.
- Peel eggs, slice in half, and remove yolks.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, hot sauce, relish, seasoning, garlic, lemon juice, and dill.
- Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
- Sauté shrimp in hot oil for 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
- Pipe yolk mixture into egg whites.
- Top each egg with one shrimp.
- Garnish with paprika and remaining dill.
Notes
These deviled eggs can be made a day ahead. Store refrigerated and garnish just before serving for best presentation.
