- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Add minced garlic, grated Parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, and anchovy paste. Whisk until well combined.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Slowly whisk in olive oil until the dressing is fully emulsified and smooth.
- Optional: Chill for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld before serving.
