A luxurious Homemade Baileys Irish Cream liqueur that combines cream, Irish whiskey, chocolate, vanilla, and coffee for a rich, velvety flavor that rivals the original.
Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1⅔ cups Irish whiskey
- 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1½ teaspoons instant coffee granules
Instructions
- Dissolve instant coffee granules in 2 tablespoons of Irish whiskey.
- Add cream, condensed milk, remaining whiskey, chocolate syrup, vanilla, and coffee mixture to blender.
- Blend on low-medium speed for 20-30 seconds until smooth.
- Taste and adjust flavors: add more syrup, whiskey, or vanilla if desired.
- Transfer to a clean glass container and refrigerate. Shake well before serving.
Notes
Do not over-blend, as it can cause separation. Always store in glass containers and refrigerate immediately.
