- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and garlic; sauté until soft and fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
- Drain excess grease if needed.
- Stir in tomato paste, paprika, and Italian seasoning; cook briefly.
- Pour in broth and add orzo pasta.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer until orzo is tender.
- Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Remove from heat and mix in Parmesan cheese until creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
