Healthy Creamy Pumpkin Tiramisu Recipe

  • Total Time: 4 hours 30 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Description

A luxurious fall twist on the classic Italian dessert, this Creamy Pumpkin Tiramisu blends pumpkin spice, mascarpone cream, and espresso-soaked ladyfingers for a stunning, no-bake seasonal masterpiece.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee, cooled
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Chill mixing bowl and beaters for 10 minutes. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, combine mascarpone, pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold whipped cream gently into the pumpkin mixture.
  4. Dip each ladyfinger briefly (1–2 seconds) into cooled espresso.
  5. Arrange dipped ladyfingers in a single layer in a serving dish.
  6. Spread half of the pumpkin cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
  7. Repeat with a second layer of dipped ladyfingers and remaining cream.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  9. Dust with cocoa powder just before serving.

Notes

Do not over-soak ladyfingers to avoid sogginess. Ensure espresso is completely cooled before assembly.
