  • Toasted bread slices or bagel crisps (for serving)
  • Fresh fruit like apples, pears, or grapes (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and position rack in the center.
  2. Carefully score and remove the top rind from the brie wheel, leaving the sides intact.
  3. Place brie in a small oven-safe dish or cast iron skillet.
  4. Spread fig preserves evenly across the exposed cheese surface.
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary for aromatic depth.
