- 1 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- Salt & pepper to taste
For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:
- 12 oz pasta (spaghetti, penne, or choice)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken Balls
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, minced garlic, melted butter, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and egg. Season with salt and pepper.
- Shape into small 1-inch balls.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken balls and cook for about 8–10 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Set aside.
2. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Cook the Pasta
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a separate pan, heat heavy cream and stir in parmesan cheese until fully combined.
- Toss pasta in the creamy parmesan sauce.
4. Assemble & Serve
- Plate the creamy parmesan pasta.
- Top with garlic butter chicken balls.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or extra parmesan cheese.
