Description

For the Chicken Balls:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (finely ground)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

  • 12 oz pasta (spaghetti, penne, or choice)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken Balls

  1. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, minced garlic, melted butter, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and egg. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Shape into small 1-inch balls.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken balls and cook for about 8–10 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Set aside.

2. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  3. Stir in parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Cook the Pasta

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a separate pan, heat heavy cream and stir in parmesan cheese until fully combined.
  3. Toss pasta in the creamy parmesan sauce.

4. Assemble & Serve

  1. Plate the creamy parmesan pasta.
  2. Top with garlic butter chicken balls.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley or extra parmesan cheese.

  • For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
